Barca is more in tune with PSG to take Neymar

Barcelona is reportedly bidding to Paris Saint-Germain for £90 million-plus two players Transfer Neymar to Spain.

Barca has given PSG a list of six players that they can pick up two in terms of transfer terms. Philippe Coutinho, Ousmane Dembele, Ivan Rakitic, Nelson Semedo, and Malcolm are on the list, while the sixth player is yet to be named. Earlier on Neymar told PSG director Leonardo that he did not want to stay in the club. A few days later, the wealthy Frenchman agreed with Neymar's request. And they are determined to sell the original £198 million price tag as bought in 2017.

But just because of buying Antoine Griezmann for £ 108m, Barcelona does not want to pay much more money because it may be illegal to balance. UEFA financially picks up two players to switch to a lower price bid.
