Paco Alcacer scored for BVB just three minutes when the Liverpool defender was unable to dispel the ball in the danger zone. Harry Wilson equalized for Liverpool in the 34th minute. In the second half, Simon Mignolet saved the ball from Marius Wolf. Dortmund, meanwhile, scored two more goals in a 3-1 win over just over 32 minutes.

Klopp was keen on the line area and immediately changed the team's form. In the 75th minute, Ryan Brewster's second-seeded Ryan Brenda scored a penalty. Klopp has substituted 10 players, along with Virgil van Dijk and Jordan Henderson, to heat their muscles before the start of the season.
