Women who like coffee, vegetables and fruits help reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Drinking coffee, vegetables and fruits reduces the risk of breast cancer, a new study suggests. The study was conducted by two universities in Spain with 11,028 women. Of these 101 were found to have breast cancer.



The study gave the women the type of food they ate on the quiz. By answering this question, researchers compared women who consumed more phenolic acid and those who ate less. Those who ate more foods with phenolic acids could reduce the risk of cancer. The breast was at least 62% compared to those with less phenolic acid.


This compound is found in vegetables, fruits, and coffee, and is also present in red wine. Consumption of coffee, vegetables, and fruits is associated with a reduction in the risk of breast cancer."Susannah Brown, acting director of the World Cancer Research Fund, said this is a study. One interesting feature that explains the benefits of eating a lot of fruits and vegetables helps prevent cancer.
