Competition of smartphone camera with P30 Pro and XS Max (Video)

Just days before the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G became the king of cameras on the DxOMark, it was 113 points above the Huawei P30 Pro, which clinched the same camera. Compatible with the Galaxy Note 10+. However, the rating does not reflect the quality of the Note 10+ 5G.

Mrwhosetheboss, a mobile specialist, tested the Note 10+ camera capabilities with the former P30 Pro and Apple's top phones last year. iPhone XS MAX.

Features of each phone camera are:

+ The Galaxy Note 10 Plus has four cameras
 - Normal type 12 MP f/1.5-2.4
 - Ultra-Wide 16 MP
 - Telephoto 12 MP (2x optical zoom)
 - ToF depth sensor
 - 10MP selfie camera f/2.2

+ The P30 Pro has four cameras
 - Normal type 40 MP f/1.6
 - Ultra-Wide 20 MP
 - Telephoto 8 MP (5x optical zoom)
 - ToF depth sensor
 - 32 MP selfie camera f/2.0

+ The iPhone XS MAX has two cameras
 - Normal Type 12 MP f/1.8
 - Telephoto 12 MP (2x optical zoom)
 - 7MP selfie camera f/2.2

After that, the Note 10 Plus scored 717 points, with the P30 Pro 689 and the iPhone XS MAX 608. On a bright day, the Note 10 Plus can capture pretty much the same color as the iPhone XS MAX. The bold look is attractive but looks different from what we see. At night iPhone can take a good shot but slightly darker, while the P30 Pro is still a good phone for shooting at night, while the Note 10 Plus In the middle of both phones.

Overall, the iPhone XS Max is less functional and the camera only has two, so it's less likely to compete with them. The Note 10 Plus keeps the quality intact in any situation but loses the P30 Pro when shooting at night. Emphasize that the results of comparisons are based on one's point of view, which may be different from those of others. For a closer look, watch this video:
